Housekeeper - Due to an increase in business, we now require a housekeeper to join our existing team to service rooms and maintain the public areas. Hours of work would be 9am to approximately 1pm, 5 days from 7 and will include weekends.

Chef de Partie - To work alongside our chef, 5 days from 7 to include weekends, shifts will include breakfast and dinner service and the occasional lunch service

Breakfast Chef - Required to work from 6am to 10am approximately, would generally be Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend if required. Cooking and servicing of breakfast and preparing fruits to a 4 star standard.
