The Grill Room
The award-winning AA Rosette Grill Room serves only the best of locally sourced seasonal ingredients from selected suppliers – fresh seafood from Peterhead, prime meats from Aberdeenshire, Scottish cheeses and our own handmade desserts and freshly baked breads.
A comprehensive wine and drinks list has been carefully chosen to complement and enhance both the set menu and the a la carte menu.
The Grill Room is the ideal choice for all occasions and with an open kitchen provides an experience for all guests.

Sunday – Thursday 5pm to 8.30pm
Friday & Saturday 5pm-9pm
The Lounge
The Lounge offers a relaxing, casual and welcoming atmosphere in which to socialise with friends, host an informal business meeting or have pre-dinner drinks. Catering for everyone in a large open space, the lounge leads into our open-plan Grill Room restaurant, with an open kitchen.
Offering a range of hot dishes that use fresh, local ingredients. The menu also includes hot beverages, fresh-leaf teas and a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The lounge serves alcohol up to midnight as a takeaway service to rooms.
Sunday Lunch
Sunday Lunch at Buchan Braes brings together the best of the season, served in our award-winning AA Rosette Grill Room. Expect locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers, from fresh seafood landed at Peterhead to prime Aberdeenshire beef, alongside Scottish cheeses, handmade desserts and breads baked in-house. Our menu changes weekly to reflect the finest available produce.
